I recently spent several days in southern Saskatchewan. I have been there several times and it is interesting to see the evolution of a province from a 'have not' to a 'have' province. And, yes, for some locals, with memories of good times that too often turned sour so quickly, there is the dead weight of fear – can it really last? Can the Sask business boom last?
